箱根温泉は、神奈川県にある人気のです。東京の新宿から箱根湯本駅まで、電車で約一時間半です。でも行けますが、箱根は山の中に広がっているので、するとゆっくり楽しめます。
Hakone Onsen is a popular hot spring destination in Kanagawa Prefecture. It takes about an hour and a half by train from Shinjuku in Tokyo to Hakone-Yumoto Station. You can visit on a day trip, but Hakone is spread out across the mountains, so staying one night lets you enjoy it at a relaxed pace.

箱根には、「」と呼ばれる十七の温泉地があります。場所によって、お湯の色やにおいが違います。旅館のお風呂だけでなく、日帰りで入れる温泉や、外の景色を見ながら入るもあります。
Hakone has 17 hot-spring districts known together as Hakone Jūshichitō. The color and scent of the water differ from place to place. Besides baths at ryokan, there are hot springs open to day visitors and open-air baths where you can soak while looking at the scenery outside.

温泉のほかに、やも人気です。天気がいい日には、芦ノ湖の近くから富士山が見えることがあります。大涌谷では、白い煙が上がる景色や「」を楽しめます。があるので、案内をよく読んで、ルールを守りましょう。電車、バス、ロープウェイ、船などに乗るのも、箱根旅行のおもしろいところです。
Besides hot springs, Lake Ashi and Owakudani are also popular. On clear days, you can sometimes see Mount Fuji from near Lake Ashi. At Owakudani, you can enjoy the sight of white volcanic plumes and the famous black eggs. Volcanic gases are present, so read the guidance carefully and follow the rules. Riding trains, buses, the ropeway, and boats is another fun part of traveling around Hakone.
